Finding Peace in the Middle of Chaos & Mess

It's been a while since we've chatted so I wanted to reconnect and catch you up on some stuff. It's weird, this place that I'm in but it's lead me to ask you, "Have you ever felt like there was so much chaos flying around you and you don't know where to turn?" For years I suffered from major anxiety and eventually just learned how to cope with it. I didn't realize that "coping" with it was no different than suppressing it.

Today I'm no longer suppressing my anxiety, I've learned how to release it and let it go. The last 6 months have been so life changing and I'm so thankful that in the middle of my chaos, I've found peace. There is rest in the middle of my mess.
