He finds out that his mother's killer, OGRE, will be participating in the tournament. He must fight against the worlds top competitors to achieve his goal with no interference.

This movie, unlike SF and DB is looking really good. If you people noticed, they had most of the attributes of all the characters in Tekken to a tee. And if you people think that movie is bad, you clearly haven't seen King of Fighters.

God, I was so hyped for this movie to come out because of how close they actually got to a lot(not all) of the characters liknesses. I mean, I got chills when i first heard the announcer call out Raven vs Eddie. But the movie was so bad.

Tekken is supposed to be like Stephen Chow's movies.

And the plot should have the characters from Tekken 3 and 4.

@TheZaccoweb I didn't say it had to be exactly alike, but if you're going to do a film on an existing series, no one can argue that you should at the very least, capture the essence of the story you're basing your film on. They didn't even try. None of the character relations even remotely match up. Tekken is just a setting... the entire story revolves around the feud between Heihachi and Kazuya, and Jin trying to take them BOTH out... a point they missed completely

The characters not looking like their counterparts is forgivable. Not once have I seen a fighting movie with actors that properly matched their game counterparts, so I'll ignore that. What I can't forgive is the story. Seriously? Christine and Jin making out? What's the connection!? It would have made more sense to put Xiaoyu or Asuka. I mean, how did they even come up with these two together? Did they just search for the most popular male and game female characters and stick them together?

Geez, were they trying to make Gin seem as...emo as Sasuke from Naruto? Cuz it seems to have worked. Fellow youtubers, I give you this years Dragonball Evolution, Tekken! Original stuff was good, hollywood remake...even a Jesus Facepalm can't cover this!

I don't know how anyone could've hit the like button on this... This is like Hollywood openly saying they didn't even try and could care less... The amount of fail this movie is going to produce will probably rival DBZ and then some

This movie is "lost in time", it should of been made back in 1985 along w. all 1980s 1990s action flicks of Jean-Claud Van Damme, Schwartzneger, Stallone, Seagal, and Norris.
