First exercise of 3rd trimester is done 🤰✌ I am gonna do all of them until the labor 😂😂I am not sure if my baby will come in full term (40weeks) lol 😂😂 if he doesnt, I can start your postpartum workouts sooner lol 🙆‍♀️

Great workout! I found it very difficult to activate my deep abdominals when inhaling during the ab exercises.

This is a really great workout...one of the only prenatal workouts that make me feel like I "burned" some muscle. However, I don't quite understand "coning." I notice that my belly gets pointy when on the back/elbows and lifting the legs...very hard for me to keep my belly flat at 27 weeks!

Now i am 27 weeks, is it ok if I continue the same exercise till the Labor Day???
