They never should have been 'short a man in the bullpen' after Diaz suspension. They could have optioned Megill right after Diaz was caught, then brought up an arm. They didn't need a 5th starter for some time due to a lot of days off then.

I love it! Mendy believed in this team from the start, stayed with it and than the players began to really believe in this team, than the fans followed, believing in this team and now we have Mendy talking here with corporate media and you can hear they still don't believe in this team, but does Mendy convince them before the end of the convo?
