So sad… She has image dysmorphia really badly. In the USA the doctors take a code of ethics and will not operate on you if you are not of sound mind. This would never happen with US doctors.. because they could loose their license. They will not operate on people that want extreme looks through surgery.. this is why people will go to other countries and have the work done by people that will do anything for money. Somebody that loved her should have stepped in and got her help.. she is obviously not right,
