The Shenzhou-12 manned spacecraft come back to Earth on Sept 17

Carrying three Chinese astronauts, it separated with China's Tianhe space station core module on Sept 16

The three taikonauts were sent into space and entered Tianhe on June 17

They completed a three-month mission to advance the construction of China's space station, known as Tiangong

On July 4, the three astronauts completed the first EVA of China's space station，which lasted about seven hours

They successfully finished assembling equipment for extravehicular activities and setting up a panoramic camera

On August 20, the three astronauts successfully completed the second, six-hour EVA

The three Chinese astronauts have conducted 14 experiments
during their stay at Tiangong

The experiment of a human system research cabinet aboard the Tianhe core module is an important one among them

Splendid panorama of the universe touches millions of netizens

The Dongfeng landing site in N China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region welcomed home the Shenzhou-12 crew

The Shenzhou-12 mission is China's seventh crewed mission to space and the first during the construction of China's space station

It is also the longest trip to date for the country’s space program

Shenzhou 13 is scheduled to launch from Jiuquan to Tianhe in October with a second three-person crew
