The EASIEST Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese You Will Ever Make!

*Serves:* 8 people

*Cooking:* 1:30 - 2:00 hours
Slow Cooker (Crock-Pot) mac and cheese offers simplicity and hands-off cooking when you have a meal to prepare. Slow Cooker mac and cheese is a one-pot recipe, requiring minimal preparation. Slow Cooker ensures even heat so the pasta cooks evenly and the cheese melts thoroughly.
*Ingredients:*
1 lb. (16oz) elbow macaroni, cooked
1 can (12 ounce) evaporated milk
2 cups whole milk
3 ounces cream cheese, cubed
½ cup (1 stick) butter, cubed
¼ teaspoon pepper (to taste)
2 large eggs, well beaten 1 egg & 1 egg yolk
1 package (16 ounce) cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ tsp paprika
*Directions:*
Fill a large pot with water add a light amount of salt (I also add a dash of olive oil), and bring to a boil.
Add and stir macaroni and bring pot back to boil.
Cook macaroni uncovered occasionally stirring for 4 minutes.
Remove macaroni from heat, drain, and place in a slow cooker (crockpot).
Pour in evaporated milk and whole milk.
Add cubed cream cheese and cubed butter.
Add pepper (to taste).
Add beaten eggs.
Sprinkle half of cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle on top paprika (optional).
Stir thoroughly.
Cook on low for 1-2 hours.
Remove cover and add the rest of the shredded cheese on top.
Cook on high but watch for 10 minutes longer.
Turn slow cooker back to low or warm till time to serve.
