Something tells me that the agent in black glasses has a name. It's the classic sign of a minor character who could later end up helping the hero if saved or coming back badder and stronger as a potential big bad with a score to settle.

I mean, I’d still feel threatened if I were in their position, but that’s still actually pretty nice of him to kill as few people as possible.

Not everyone is sadistic and evil, sometimes people are just ordinary guys trying to make a living like you and me. Treat them as such, and maybe they’ll help you in return in the future. Maybe they’ll even even be your friends.
