In 12:57 the word 천 is not 100 it's 1000 and 100 means 백 (beak) in sino Korean

What batchim rule is it at 1:50
The batchim fortis rule I KNOW is :
If the batchim and following initial consonant are the same, the following consonant will sound as if it's doubled. *Also, if ㄱ, ㄷ, or ㅂ are in the batchim, the following consonant will always be doubled.
