As a PWD (Person With Disability) that has 2 very painful spine diseases, sometimes hope runs thin on bad days. So when i heard this and saw Ms. Menzel sing it flawlessly, i cried for a while. I realized that today may be a bad day, but perhaps tomorrow might be better (or at least i'll get some hours of respite). Thank you for this inspiration, Ms. Idina Menzel . Bless your lovely voice and kind heart.

'Annie' was my favourite as a child and to listen to Idina sing this song is absolutely perfect.

This was me and my best friend's song. We used to sing it together on the swings, screaming the last note way out of tune. When we went to go see Idina in concert together, she sang this song. Thank you Idina, you made us so happy. Now I can hear this beautiful song by her whenever I want.

I just started reading “Voice Lessons” by Cara Mentzel (Forward by Idina Menzel) and in it, when Idina was a child she performed this song on a vacation (I think it was) and other kids sang songs too, but once Idina went on stage everyone was silent and looked at her. At that moment everyone knew Idina didn’t just like singing. She was a singer. Very special to hear her sing that song here.

Normally, I wouldn't like this style of music, but her voice is so unique that it does it justice in a way even I can't explain

I don't know if I am explaining it right, but I really like that she don't have this typical "too perfect sweet voice"like other Broadway and disney singers who sounds very calculated ( but sounds lovely) when singing. Her voice unintentionally put so much character on the song. Like lots of singer sings defying gravity and it sounds perfect, and that's all it a song. Idina on the other hand sings it as if she really has gone through what the song is saying and it makes the song more of a story.
