You can move the others ball color out by 1, if 4 are touching spaces then you win, wether its around a bend or not, you either can move theirs and not add any of yours, or add one of yours apon moving the others, you must place your piece in the spot theirs was in, before every turn you make every piece move 1 closer to the center.

You would have to get 4 in a row similar to connect 4 but instead when it’s your turn you move a ball of the other player or players and then you’d add one of yours. This continues until someone gets 4 in a row. At least I think?

If you’re thinking about it -GET IT. Its all the fun of tic tac toe except the orbital aspect makes blocking much less predictable so you never really know whos gonna win- there is some strategy however its just as fun to place haphazardly for speed games when watching a show or movie.
