Labor times are one of the primary reasons to buy a subscription like this .. I would make it very clear to the Icon team that they need to add that and make it a priority .. also to NOT try and lower times on the labor guide . I'd buy all data or pro demand over this simply for the labor times as a technician .. it's 100% needed

They should have labor time as an add on option. Offer it cheaper than AllData monthly and this would be a great option.

Everything you showed I get for free through Chilton online through my local library (many libraries offer it). And they have toyota, and most of the GM stuff has labor times for each repair.

Labor time is very important when it comes to running your own shop or being a mobile mechanic. Labor time is why we use software like “ALLDATA” and “Mitchell 1”. Those softwares are cheaper and give labor times. If I’m going to spend more money on the software I want it all included.

I need those labor guides I spend so much time trying to research labor guides trying to be fair and competitive, the Toyota thing is a huge factor for me thanks for mentioning this that alone pretty much makes my mind up. all I own is Toyota and work on a fair bit of Lexus for customers.

I have to agree with others regarding the need for “Labor Times”. That would really make this a complete package. Did Harbor Freight say Labor Times is something coming in the future?

Ok, so the TSB stuff looks great and may be worth it for me but what I really want to know is, does the procedures tab included "trouble shooting" procedures? I see from your video it has remove and replace procedures. That could be nice, I guess, but trouble shooting procedures would compel me to purchase the subscription.

As far as getting around something with a VPN, that would almost be pointless due to the lack of “gray market” cars not being supported by this software. It would be neat to see different markets supported by this tool. Importing gray market cars into the United States has become very popular.

Labor data is one of the things we'd like to see the most it's almost an absolute must if you could get that included in there id happily pay 400 a year.

Can the scanner get the pin to program keys
