Unfortunately if the error message relates to the graphics card, specifically the shader model 3.0 support or floating point rendering then you will need, at the very minimum, a new graphics card.

that is something really awful the characters can not hold objects that is not complicated to solve what the muvizu team are doing to solve this problem?
