Bell's Hypercharge will most likely make her super bounce between enemies, tagging the whole team. Buzz's Hypercharge will be a fairly weak one like Edgar's, because he can charge it very easily. I predict an attack speed buff, so he can Assasinate quicker. There once was an unreleased star power idea for Piper, which allowed her to uncover (almost) all the bushes in a map during her super, much like Janet's. The icon is probably the icon that was planned to represent the star power.
