Day 2 (January 1, 2023): ✅ happy new year! listened to this with my family
Day 3 (January 2, 2023): ✅ feeling good after meditating✨
Day 4 (January 3, 2023): ✅ started getting into dance again :)
Day 5 (January 4, 2023): ✅ started the habit of cleaning before bed so i can wake up to a clean space in the morning
Day 6 (January 5, 2023): ✅ almost forgot to update here
Day 7: ❎ was busy studying for my exams + too stressed
Day 8: ✅ same as day 7 but i made time to listen
Day 9: ✅ back on track! so grateful i did great on my exams
Day 10: ✅ feeling amazing after a good workout session!
Day 11: ✅ slept all day to make up for lost sleep😭🤞🏻
Day 12: ❎ i forgot lol
Day 13: ✅ started recording my dance progress + learned 2 dances in 2 weeks!
Day 14: ✅ what a day! ive learned so much and my mind feels so much clearer now
