Incomplete Application.

Unfortunately, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) informed me that my application cannot be processed further due to the lack of a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL). PAL applications are expected to be launched by provinces and territories by March 31, 2024. I'm waiting on that to submit the missing document and complete the application process. Hey Coach! I arrived in Canada last year and I realised I'd need a study visa extension as I would be extending my program by a year. After I would've paid the fee for that one extra year, I should have about $10k left with me. Would that work enough as proof of funds for the study visa extension. If it helps then I also have a part time job.

My application returned because of incomplete document i.e, attestation letter.
I am enrolled in May intake and my IELTS is expiring on may 2024.
Should i opt for withdrawal from program and seek refund or should I defer my course to September intake with new IELTS

I already have my LOA from Uvic for 2025 Winter intake. Does it mean that the May and Sept intakes will be prioritized? What about us Winter 2025 intake?

I think it’s unfair to prioritize based on intake, should utilize FIFO method.
