If we say crypto is haram, so there are many queries, first one is its not basically currency, some say we can use it as payment (medium of exchange) but only 2-3℅ transactions of total cryptocurrency transactions are held as payment exchange, hence its not a currency right now. And second one is that there is no any other feature of currency in crypto, while you gave the information that America printed 10 billion dollars and this amount wasn't backed by gold, but here you made a mistake that is government's central bank takes the responsibility and do regulations if needed in their system, although printing money isn't a solution of any financial/economic problem but still backed by government itself.
