My game files mention folders as dlcpatch instead of dlcpack and also I followed all the instructions but when I start the game F8 key does not bring up the menu

for those who cannot download openiv use the wayback machine, copy the download link, paste the link in the wayback machine, select the latest image and then the download will begin
