Does it mean that the total RTT in Persistent with the pipeline is 3?

SIR in some ques they take 1 RTT for closing tcp connection so for 1 object in NON Persistent take 3 RTT ( 1 for tcp establishment, 1 for req/response and 1 for tcp close)
