Imagine that greenhouse but only the roof glazing is above ground. A pit greenhouse. I built one in Missouri. It was a tropical greenhouse for orchids and only cost $18/month to operate. The floor was always about 56 degrees F due to the earth and the glazing was sloped for the latitude to max out solar penetration in winter. Worth the excavation cost.

Vielen Dank für den Beitrag. Mir würde so ein Ding auch gefallen, leider kommt im Winter in meinen Garten überhaupt keine Sonne 😢. Unser Gewächshaus steht ab November voll im Schatten, ich hatte nämlich scho überlegt, ob ich eines nach Deinem Vorbild baue. Aber es bringt nix.
