Hey Rob, this isn't working for me, can you suggest a fix? no matter what rainbow background I use it gives me an error that states, "we couldn't detect the background, please use another image"

Just tried this but the BG Remover did not remove the background. I followed your instructions and it looked like it was going to work but after the buffering the design look the same. What can I do?

this won't work for me, i have a pro account and no matter what rainbow background I use, I get an error that says "We couldn't detect the background in that image, please try another image" same thing so matter what rainbow I try :) Any suggestions?

This doesn't work. Just simply use the letter frame option and select the rainbow image on Canva, its way easier than the method used in this video

This is the worst video ever.
1) it doesn’t work
2) after the 20k step and saved, you lose your business card format
3)impossible to undo because now you’ve saved the file
