That is definitely a plausible theory but hear me out what is the power that we know fugaku has that is able to control the nine tails while it’s never named we know that is at least one of the tree total abilities that a mongekuo user has as such I believe that the name may be more a representation of some of the abilities fugaku may have shown in battle keep in mind that in the Naruto verse many things are genetic not just an appearance but also abilities and even chakra natures and affinities which could imply that the reason itachi was so good at genjustu was because his father was so good with it and the mongekuo may have helped boost in some way itachi’s natural affinity for genjustu to a prodigal level as we now know him to be I’m not saying that this is why he had the nickname “fugaku of the wicked eye” but it seems very plausible that it wasn’t just his mongekuo that have him his name of wicked eye
