Key Responsibilities:

Policy Management:

Performance Optimization:
Monitor and optimize the performance of Zscaler solutions to ensure low latency and high availability.

Incident Response:

Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of ZIA and ZPA configurations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2-7 years of hands-on experience in deploying and managing Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
Strong understanding of network security concepts and best practices.
Proficiency in Zscaler platform administration and configuration.
Knowledge of network protocols and VPN technologies.
Familiarity with cloud security and zero-trust network access principles.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Administrator, Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional) preferred but not required.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
