Oklahoma Film + Music Spotlight: Garrett Starks, Owner of Castle Row Studios

The Oklahoma Film + Music Office (OF+MO)’s “Oklahoma Film + Music Spotlight” features various filmmakers, musicians and industry leaders who have experienced the positive benefits of making film and music in Oklahoma.

October’s Spotlight features Garrett Starks discussing Oklahoma’s recording and scoring industry. As owner of Castle Row Studios in Del City, he has been instrumental in connecting filmmakers to talented local session players for the capability to use the music incentive supported by the Oklahoma Film Enhancement Rebate Program. Castle Row’s 10,600 square foot state-of-the-art facility boasts three recording studios, a live performance venue and numerous multi-purpose production rooms. Offering a wide range of services and selection of outboard gear, vintage mics, drums, instruments and luxury lounges usually only found in major music markets, Castle Row continues to offer Nashville-level services right here at home.
