He has to go. The team has given up on him and for good reason. You had them mail it in in that LSU game last year because you considered the conference championship game more important. You lose that and them have them mail it in for the bowl game saying it was important. A bowl game. A uppertier bowl game. So you instill quitting in the program then look foolish when it comes back to bite you.
