LEGO Winter Village Holiday Main Street Review

Another LEGO Winter Village set is upon us!

I still think the Gingerbread House from 2019 is the best winter village set. I heard the set designer is a pretty cool person 😉

I like that this set doesn't have those mini builds of presents, toys, etc. They are hard to display and get lost. Motorizing the trolley is a nice option.

I really like this set! Personally I think the lack of a track for the tram is not really a downside. It would have increased the price. For kids it's not that big of a deal and I think most adults probably have some form of rail layout already😇

I love the Minecraft honeycomb tile used as tacky 80's wallpaper in the kitchen! Great part reusage, and even better review!!

The one thing I love about it is it’s so much easier to display in separate pieces rather than one big house. It doesn’t look as impressive but it’s more versatile and practical. I just finished building the trolley and it looks amazing

I am getting the Christmas vibes and I love the Tiago easter eggs with the gingerbread house and even with the Titanic. Lego will always remember you. and may God be with you I will pray to him for you to get 500k subs by the end of the year :D

I think the little toy duck on the Santa's Toys and Games sticker might me a reference to how the Lego company started out making wooden ducks.

I bought the gingerbread house set in 2020 and I love it, although I haven’t unbox it 🤣 Life is busy and I want to build it only when I have long relaxing time at home during Christmas. I’m traveling this Christmas. I guess I’ll delay the joy for another year 😆

I love this set and definitely going to get it. I have the spare elements needed to motorise it and will have to fumble my way through on how to use a colour and distance sensor so I can just use a straight limited track.

I jumped on this set immediately because my family has been collecting the theme for the last four years (yes we have the GB House :-P). I love the build and its actually exactly what I think the theme needed (less the train). HOWEVER...no light brick? That's a party foul on LEGO no? I have been progressively getting less and less impressed with LEGO this year. Usually by this point I have about 10 sets laying around my house unbuilt because I've been dropping so much cash with no thought, but this year, I've honestly just been underwhelmed by the recent sets and overwhelmed by the recent price hikes. Not sure what Jan. 1 will hold for me, but I feel fairly confident that I'm done buying new stuff (from this year) for the year....I do however, really want that Home Alone House! Thanks for always crushing these reviews T! Keep up the good work. Merry Christmas!
