What is the d3d12 adapter. I know it's the directx 3d 12 adapter but what are the different numbers

So I managed to get it to work, but it slowed my game down like a lot. Any ideas why? Edit: It slows down when I change the gpu to "Vulkan"

of all suggested changes, switching gpu to vulkan is the most bs one
at least with my RX7900 XT, maybe Nvidia gpu handle it better
and might depend on the game
definitelly doesn't work with Forza Horizon and Forza Horizon 2
