I’m brand new at abelton and have been trying for hours to figure this out/looking at other tutorials for info but this is the only one I’ve seen going into the detail I needed for exporting. Thank you!!

There is a big mistake in the video, you SHOULD dither when exporting a 16 bit files, otherwise you're gonna get quantization distorsion (you might not hear it or even care) but teaching wrong informations in a tutorial video is kinda lame.

Very helpful, some things in Ableton are not inherently obvious, like having to move the loop ends to the ends of your recording rather than it defaulting to export the entire session.

Harmful example... Normalization set to "on" (with encoding to mp3 you need at least 0.3dB headroom), and disabled dither when lowering the bit depth (wrong).

I'm gonna upgrade. This feature that allows for export of separate tracks each affected with the effects on master track is just what I needed. I spent hours adjusting volumes everywhere to avoid clipping of the master to be able to use the separated and "mastered" tracks to the octatrack. I hope this works fine. Thanks Ableton anyway

A good question would be, what if the "include Return and Master Effects" on/off button is grayed out???
How do you activate that button?? 🤔

I can’t seem to covert the files from WAV, AIFF, or FLAC to MP4 or anything else that YouTube supports. Even when I tried converting them using third party apps, it’s just says “failed”.

I have this extremely strange problem in Ableton 10 Standard when I export the audio of my track. One of my midi channels plays all the notes as programmed correctly, but the exported file changes the notes and it sounds horribly out of tune and... wrong! Im on a strict due date for this and the issue is driving me crazy. It plays the right notes in the project but the exported file has the track play the wrong notes.

I followed the instructions but I’m not hearing any of my hardware synths recorded from the arranger. What is the issue? All I hear is the drum track that was created in ableton

Firstly, I don't see "Master". Instead I used Main. But the output file did not contain any sound, empty.
