It won't be the market cap which determines the price. A price will be pulled out from thin air so that it makes it viable for these institutions to send millions. So if it reached 1 USD An institution would not want to use a million xrp to send a petty 1 million USD. They would want to use a fraction of an xrp to send a million USD. the whole idea is to be able to send cross border payments cheap as fuck.
