Here are some links to resources mentioned in the video:

My second baby is starting 4 year old preschool this fall, we have been doing a gentle 3YO tot school only because he begs me to. We plan to work through Learning Dynamics 4 Weeks to Read, School Zone- BIG Preschool Workbook, Preschool Math at Home, and School Zone Cut & Paste. He will also do read-alouds and calendar and tag along with big sister who will be in 1st grade whenever he wants.

I'm all for postponing English phonics! We're an english/chinese bilingual family in the US, and I don't plan on starting phonics instruction with my 6-year-old until he starts first grade in the fall. I'm doing everything I can to give him a head start in Chinese.

I was still teaching public school Kindergarten when my daughter was in preschool. I missed all those fun things. We did letters and numbers and fine motor stuff at home, but mostly she learned a lot at her preschool/daycare. Now that I homeschool I will get to do preschool with my son which seems like awhile away, but I’m excited for it in a few years!

We are using some similar things this school year for our Pre-k 4 kiddos. I am so excited about a Gentle and Classical Preschool. 😍

Awesome! I was also interested in Math With Confidence but by the time I found out about it my Kindergartener had finished MUS primer and we are on alpha. So I went ahead and got MWC first grade and am planning on supplementing with the games and picture books. Maybe also the topics MUS skips since it's mastery. 🤞 We'll see how it goes or if I'm crazy to do two :)

I would really love to incorporate more Spanish books into our homeschool as we are a bilingual family as well. Could you do a video showing some of your favorite Spanish books?

Oh! I hadn't heard of the Gentle + Classical Curriculum before! I just went to check it out now, and it looks so beautiful! We already purchased Sonlight Pre-K and will be using it this coming year. So excited for that and all the great books!
And I will definitely be bookmarking your History of the Bible curriculum for use when my boys are in middle school! ❤

I worry about vowel sounds being so different in English and Spanish. In spanish, vowel sounds are very straightforward, unlike english, they sound very similar haha! And then theres "long vowel sound" and "short vowel sound" ugh. But somehow I figured it out when I was little so I think we shouldn't worry about it. Like you mentioned, kids are VERY smart.

So fun to see what you are using! I made my own curriculum for my oldest for preschool and then my next child I used Horizon and then for my last little guy I used TGTB pre-k. Now I have a three year old daughter and there is so many wonderful choices I haven't decided yet! It all looks so great! 😂

So great!! We have taken the first level of Sonlight for the 3's/4's and broke it over two years since my daughter is on the younger end of the age range. That has been working sooo well and makes it more cost effective:)

I love those math books. So awesome what they could learn at that age. My 5 year old is learning and understanding math concepts like addition now and she’s slowly understanding.

This looks great. Looks like lots of fun. I'm using CLE preschool books, your alphabet unit, Math U See, and lots of story books. I might have to add on some more stuff but we'll see. 🙂

Really enjoy your videos. Gives me ideas for our homeschool! Where is your morning binder printable you shared in here from? I feel like I have seen them before
