Hello Brian, I have an out- of- the way question for you. I heard you say you have an MSI gaming computer. I just bought my son the Ge72 M Apache version.
I bought this about three weeks ago, but I gave it to him last week because I was out of the city. We discovered that the battery is defective, and I did not get an extended warranty. I had planned to do that later. I/ We went to device mgr. and uninstalled the ACLU-compliant battery, and the act adapter. We did that three times( disconnecting everything) ; We did a battery calibration, and we did the battery re- set using the paper clip as per- instructions. The battery freezes at 95 percent. It was suggested by Best Buy( where I purchased) that I send it back to the manufacturer. I am clueless as to who, or where that might be.
Please, excuse my loquaciousness, but do you have any tech suggestions?
