Happy Sunday Besties♡ Welcome back to another episode of The Discipline Diaries! This was such a hard but amazing race as I hit a new 5k PR and also cold plunge for the first time. Anyone cold plunged before? Thinking about getting into running in 2025? Lets chat more in the comments below!

I am so amazed at how much liquids you can drink. I pray that will be me in a few months 😢. Cuz I used to be a water girl.
I had a gastric bypass on Oct 29th and still struggling to get even 50oz of water per day. Still struggling with getting in my minimum 60g of protein in as well.
Going to start tracking water, food and exercise again. Hopepfully I can keep on top of it all.
You and my trainer at the gym are inspiring me to do a 5K this year! He does races like twice per month. Watching you do these races is so awesome and contagious! If I can get on top of my water and protein goals in the next couple months I think I could train and get myself ready for a 5K. Thanks so much for sharing!
