There is absolutely no need to make race a topic of Tampa Bay's win. Them winning has nothing to do with race. It has everything to do with an incredible GAMEPLAN from Todd Bowles, who happens to be black. It's about his ability, not his skin color. He developed a great gameplan to disrupt Mahomes and take away the Chiefs deep threat. Where is race involved? Nowhere. Simply bringing up his race in this matter completely ignores and diminishes his ability and what he accomplished with his gameplan. Just stop already. All these major positions in sports need to be about merit, ability, skills, etc.

Brady will retire doubling the rings that Montana had and people will still find ways to downplay/discredit the man. He did his part/job to win games. Think about this, next year the salary cap goes down, teams will have to get rid of good players, these players will be told to sign a 1 year contract with a team until it goes back up the next year, Brady's the number 1 destination, warm weather, low state taxes, great coach, they even made sure everyone hit there incentives to get paid and you get to say you played with the GOAT. This also helps Aaron Rodger, Bill Belichick, the Jags and the bills, chiefs

Diversity is great. But their skin color or gender has nothing to do with it. They were obviously the best people for the job. They had the best skillsets, they were the most qualified to win. I feel like pointing out how diverse they were isn't really pushing them or that narrative forward at all. They did a championship job and THAT is what pushes them forward and that narrative forward.
