What's your excuse for not cleaning the grill the previous evening? And is it easier to clean the grill when it's heated up or before?

Then by the time you bring them in the house they are luke warm on the outside. luke warm char marks? Really? Got to have the picnic area around the grill. Alright? with the buns and the toppings acclimated up to outside temperature or better and the condiments nearby and ready to go. You can't be screwin' around here I'm serious.
