Ken, great video. Alex Fox sure makes some fun yet challenging patterns. Your project was one of the more challenging I think. Nice job covering what was involved in the build. Thanks for sharing, I don’t know about you but I will be buying more patterns from Alex Fox.

Nice one Ken it looks Brilliant, i can see now why you bought the plans. I like the idea of blowing up the sizes to make an even bigger skull, and also doing that would make those Jaw Line pieces, a bit less fidderly to do, maybe this could be on your 'to do' list for Halloween next year? or even put a Santa Hat on one for Christmas ha ha ha. Take it easy.

Scale up to 3/4 plywood, add it to your front yard for Halloween. Might want to move up from a scroll saw for that one :)

Great video and project! Just wanted to ask why you wouldn't stack cut since you have 2 halves that are the same? No criticism. Just curious

Patterns stuck to thick-ish hardboard and cut and file to shape and use as templates and a router pattern bit.
