Truly an embarrassing segment in which the Trump supporting host can't event articulate clearly or simply why this makes a single ounce of sense.

Fascinating to see Joe is still here as a business host. His questions lowered CNBC standards. Fox is a better place for him.

Dave is supersmart guy, if only the host did his homework & avoided interrupting so often.

"I look at these trade deals with Canada and Mexico, and I say who the hell signed these deals" - Donald Trump 2024.

Dave McKay did a great job and is representative of how Canadians think. We are fair, loyal and reasonable people.

80% of U.S. potash fertilizer comes from Canada. Tariffs are a 25% tax on growing food, here comes rampant food inflation

It's amazing how much smarter Canadians are than Americans.

With the Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act of 1930, Republican isolationist policies during the Great Depression lead to: A 66% decline in international trade. A $1.7 billion drop in U.S. exports. The contraction of U.S. GDP by 30%. Unemployment soaring to 25%. During Donald Trump's first presidency, his trade wars with China resulted in a U.S. trade deficit of $679 billion. The U.S. bankruptcy rate increased 8%. Farm bankruptcies increased 20%. He was the worst jobs president since Herbert Hoover, nearly 90 years ago.

Joe literally can not help brining politics into these conversations. Even when trump is in office, MAGA can’t stop talking about politics into workplace. Guy is immature and unintelligent

Who negotiated that terrible USMCA agreement?!

A grifter and a fool. If these remain in place, every idiot that voted for him will be responsible for the economic meltdown that this will bring.

Donald Trump in January, "we don't need anything from Canada".

Donald Trump in February, "we should reactivate the XL Pipeline project".
Excuse me Mr President, the XL Pipeline is bringing Canadian heavy crude oil to the United States!!!

Hold on to everything the markets hate uncertainty and that's what President Donald Trump is creating in the world markets!

Also, thanks Joe, for being Trump's #1 cheerleader on CNBC and getting us into this huge mess. Trump couldn't care less about Fent.. He wouldn't care if half the country OD'd.

We are not here to make Trump happy. We are going to shut off power and minerals and gas/oil . Let him throw a fit. 80 something yr old child. I'm the other hand this is a good thing. It's time for Canadians to improve and look for other markets

this is an amazing opportunity now to diversify the supply chain and extend to europe and asia. America was geographically convenient for both but now Canada cannot rely on America anymore.

México is suing US gun manufacturers. They are going to impose tariffs because of the guns coming into Mexico. Unless Trump stops the gun manufacturers! Incredible stuff!! How could you even imagine this stuff? 😮
