I need your help on these please. I have driverack PA2 installed. The speakers will always make a heavy bang sound whenever there's power outage, so loud and scary. I suspect the driverack is reponsible. Pls is there any setup i can do to solve this?

Some people use the driverack at the same time equalizer n crossover, I asked and they said, the rack alone can not boost as loud as they want.
How true is that bcos I ever saw some people use only the rack n amplifiers and they really play louder than those people do.
