Stress is a killer my guy. I saved up a good amount of money and have been working very minimally. Hitting the gym, sleeping well, eating right, not cutting corners. Obviously making great gains, but the kicker? People say I look even younger... almost like I am reverse aging. My skin is bright, no bags under my eyes, I feel great. Stress will burn your candle at both ends.
