Fun fact: u can also use soul soil instead of soul sand

For those who have trouble:
Make sure its soul sand not soil
And make sure its not peaceful mode

2 things to point out is you have to place it on SAND and you cant be in peaceful mode

The wither in bedrock is more destructive than the wither in java
