Did Russian spies interfere in the 2019 general election?

The government claims that Russian actors 'almost certainly' sought to interfere in the 2019 UK general election.

It is believed that Russian groups sought to interfere through the promotion of leaked documents on a potential US-UK trade deal used in a speech by Jeremy Corbyn.

A Labour Party spokesperson said: "We condemn any attempt by Russia, or any foreign power, to interfere in our country's democratic processes."

Well we all know who the Russian's wanted to win the election and which side they backed in the EU referendum. The Tories and 'leave' as both ensured Britain would leave and weaken the EU which has opposed Russian influence on the former Warsaw Pact states. I would also point out to some stupid comments that Russia is not the communist Soviet Union, which collapsed in 1991 . It is now a good example of a capitalist kleptocracy. I'm sure if the Russian oligarchs living in London had a vote it would be for the Tories, to protect their ill-gotten gains, just like their British counterparts!
