Thank you 🙏. I thought i'm the only one who experienced this. I never forget the last moment I looked in the eyes of my ex-husband. It took me all the strength i had to throw him out of our appartement after he had cheated on me several times and then he played the victim 🤦🏻‍♀️. When he realised that the 'game' was over, his eyes turned into iced black holes and he looked and acted like a zombie. 😮 This was the first time i realised his real character (in 23 Years) 😢. What a great disapointment and what a waste of my precious lifetime...

You're very good at describing the last 17 years of my life. I was discarded for another around valentine's day. Difficult to deal with losing that many years of life to what essentially was a lie. My first husband was a Narcissist as well and he would have the black eyes when he would get mad.
My father had narc tendencies, my first bf was probably a Narc, (would you believe he still tries to talk to me and tries to find out where I live and work until this very day) my first husband (25 years) and father to my 3 kids, was a narc and ended up unaliving himself due to Narcissistic injury (guess who found him) then my 2nd husband who seemed at first to be totally different from him turned out to be a covert narcissist who ghosted me and left me for ☠️ so I feel like I have a street PhD in NPD.

Narcs are the very definition of a nightmare PROTECT YOURSELVES OUT THERE USE YOUR DISCERNMENT OR DEVELOP IT IF YOU DONT HAVE IT ( not everyone does ) shut / close / block narcs put them in there place .
