Why does this sound like an Irish farm simulator

I can see why people are nostalgic for the original *but come on, that harmonica is lit.*

An interesting adaptation - just a shame this arrangement got rid of the beautiful piccolo solo of the original.

This is one of the selections performed for the new Runescape music by the British folk group Haddo.

Original felt like a song played in a pirate den for pirates who pirates, plunder and killing, but enjoy their time. Romantisizing the idea of being a pirate and have it look like something you would see in pirates of the caribean. A song for the rough one, a song for encouragement, a song to drink on and a song for the thieves of the sea.

While this one feels like its also played in a pirate den, but its played for and by noble adventurers who on their quest of doing good to everyone and also happened to break the law because of their chaotic good tendicies are considered pirate, but yet dont plunder or kill innocent or weaker people. This might also be played during a dinner scene with the noble king as a thank you for saving the country, while our party of good pirates cant behave themselves and get into all kind of shenanigans, or even a rather light harted and funny brawl at the pirate den. This song is more for the good hearted pirates, who only happen to be pirates because they bend the rules to the liking, but still harm no one who doesnt deserve it. A song for the brave.

I love how the reworks sound so clean and natural! I love the old tracks for the nostalgia, but you can't let it cloud the fact that this is pretty damn epic! :)

When I DID play runescape, I would listen to this song on repeat for hours. Not this version the Runescape 2007 version. But, this isn't bad. Quite easy to listen to.

It’s amazing to think that RuneScape still exists and is still going, and still uses some of the original tracks. This honestly sounds amazing, the harmonica works great! I wonder, is Port Sarim in modern RuneScape?

Pretty good, I love it. However, when the harmonica comes into play it starts sounding more western. Still good though.
