I’m putting my two weeks notice in tomorrow😂😂 I’ve been there for a year and it’s very stressful for someone like me BUT I did learn a lot working there and it was a good stepping stone into healthcare industry which I wanted.

I currently work from home for them, and it's actually not bad. I like the overtime pay for Saturday's. 6am-12pm because it's $27.33 an hour.

This was literally how it was when I worked for another mail order pharmacy. They hardly had anyone there. The manger's didn't care to help you always got mad when ask. But I'm about to start training for CVS Call center and I pray it's better

I work for CVS Caremark CD&A DEP, and I never thought this job could be so overwhelming, and specially sups IM you you're trying to complete something. Also the nurse or any staff from the Medical office are so rude, and don't understand that sometimes PA's take time, I've been called names, I would've though since they are more professional they would talk to you in a nicer way, boy I was wrong. I'm thankful for you, that you shared this video.

Good job. Well I wfh. The training is horrible though. Literally trained me for a month just to later teach me something that had nothing related to what I just learned. But so far I like my experience.. just wish training was better

I would never go back to an actual "call center" again! one positive thing from covid is all the work at home and remote options now!  At home even though their are still rules it takes away like 50 percent of the stresses you have in an actual cubicle environment! Did you not ever get the option to work @ home?

I remember years ago I got to the training for CVS and with in 2nd week on lunch I left never came back. My trainer was also rude and I went out on faith found something better. This was many yrs ago .

I worked at CVS Caremark in San Antonio, Texas when I was 19-20 from 1999 to 2001, before it merged with CVS. I actually liked it back then but when they moved us out of the mail order pharmacy building to a straight up call center building, it wasn't fun anymore. I was making good money for a 19 year old working 50 hours a week. I work for Optum now, Optum RX competes with Caremark.

Omg I just got selected but now I got nervous to see your video. It’s my first job in US. They said If I work on weekends Will get paid extra. I feel like I won’t be able to continue this job for long time😢
