The production line that consists of STP1000/LD70/PV40/KL60/BC41M machines is a complete solution proposed by Thermotron for folding and packaging ready-made garments. The complete production line can pack quickly, quietly, and accurately 5,550 clothes an eight-hour with only one person and has the ability to handle a very wide range of different clothes such as pullovers, trousers, pants, t-shirts, sweaters, polo shirts, undershirts, generally casual garments.

Functions of the complete station:
o STP1000 fold of ready-made garments.
o LD70 Apply ready-made labels to folded clothes.
o PV40 Packaging of folded clothes in plastic bags.
o KL60 sealing the plastic bags that containing folded clothes with adhesive tapes.
o BC41 Printing and placing barcode sticker on the sealed package.

Each one of the above units can operate autonomously or in combination with others. The functional division of the complete station in subunits allows a clear insight and an optimal choice of the required units for our customers.
