I love you Brandon, you speak so much truth. It breaks my heart to see kids who think the world is against them so what's the point in trying? I see these kids all the time. It doesn't just hurt my heart, it hurts my soul. It hurts me to think any child would look at me and I think I would ever hurt them or I don't care about them because of how I look. These kids are who we need to invest in and we have to change stereotypes. We have to change who the role models are. It isn't a racial issue, it is a cultural issue. We can't change out race but we can change how we perceive the world.
