The first time I heard it used was 2021 when BC had major flooding in late fall. Been shaking my head every time I hear the term. All about creating fear.

We need to investigate making 6 km inflatable artificial mountains that we put inside of the water the reason it does not rain in the Sahara is because mountains are blocking the clouds from going there
