How to Add Geographical Info (Geocode: Longitude/Latitude) to Google Forms

Tutorial on Geo tagging (Geo-stamp and Time-stamp) google forms.
Add info on Latitude, Longitude and Address (Street name and number, city, state, zip code and country) of a device submitting google forms. Linking user’s location within google forms.

After several attempts I discovered the reasons why Master Khizer's codes apparently didn't work. I was copying them directly from the Drive file in the Browser. This added expressions to the code, which made it buggy.
You need to OPEN the code for editing, and then COPY the code.

Hi Dear, I was able to collect the geolocation for the first input only, the other inputs arrives to the google sheet without addresses, why please ?

Thanks for the video. It worked once and the entry was in RED color font. After that we tried submitting from different countries, but it is not capturing the geo coordinates. How can I fix it?
