My girls, and I, love the show. Gives a Ren and Stimpy feel.

The game is a little long for them. But they love seeing all the characters And have a generally good time.

My only complaint is the difficulty to combo off certain heroes; it gets difficult, once your deck grows, to draw them together.

And I completely agree with you about the sidekicks. They’re fun, but there’s waaay too much bookkeeping.

Thank you for this video. I really enjoy, and appreciate, your point of view.

I have this for my kids as they are massive fans of the show, they love playing it ans my son will always be up for a game if it's mentioned. It's a perfect intro gateway desk builder for kids, not to complex, with a theme they can get behind.

For my first foray into DC Deck-Building, I had a lot of fun playing this game overall! I would agree that keeping track of the sidekicks was a bit tedious. I did not play them right for the first half of the game (as it was our first time playing), and many sidekicks went unused or were not traded properly between players (when triggered by the opposing player) as there was a lot to keep up with in general. Also, I agree that the game length is a bit long, but I may just feel that way because it looks like it should be a short and fun duel-type game. I have no problem playing more time consuming in-depth strategy games (like Rising Sun, Robinson Crusoe, or Scythe), but I am (usually) well-aware of the time commitment I will be making going into the game, which was not the case here. Overall though, I would definitely invest more time learning the rules and strategies to continue playing this game, and it might be one of the better DC Deck-Builders for you to start out playing to introduce you to and become more comfortable with the system and mechanics. So GO have fun! ;)

I'm conflicted. I loathe TT Go, but these mechanics look super fun and would be great to modify any of the base games. I'm thinking of using the weakness cards in Forever Evil. Sidekicks look pretty fun but not overpowered by any means. Shuffling in some events looks like a fun way to add spice to a crisis game.

I hate that I am now adding this to my cart but I am also very excited.

Would removing like 3 villains instead of 1 keep the game snappier without hurting the depth?

i used to have issues with the fact that villians going into your deck for to use, thinking it broke the theme. Then i started viewing that as not them joining your team but as rewards and benefits for defeating them . Which is sort of how the new set Rebirth will address this issue.

See length is never really an issue with me on the DC deck building games in general mainly because my group plays a lot of magic so 30 to 45 (at most if its...6 players 4 hours) is fine i just watch the review to see if tis worth picking up and so far it is mainly for the add ons for dc rivals etc.

I wish they had an app or an app game like it (I like deck building)

Seems like an odd choice to use teen titans go for a game that's listed as 12+. Maybe a simpler and faster paced game would have been better for the franchise.

Put minis in it and I'll buy them all

I love the DC Deck-Building Game, but they are too long. Often times when we play with 4-ish players we wind up at 2 hours +. It's what has put me more onto Marvel Legendary.

Just imagine how many more copies they would sell if it was plain Teen Titans instead of Go (which most hate)
