Thank you Tony and team <3 Tony had such a huge impact on me in my teens, naturally, I take all the credit because Tony doesn't want it, but I really like myself both now and then, I'm now positioned to do a lot of good and giving, and I'll see echoes of Tony's passion, love, appreciation for humanity, gratitude, etc. in myself. He brought the immense power of re-framing from CBT to the general public, and I don't know another thinker in this space who brings you the pound-for-pound value Tony does.

Tony is like a personal philosopher, I see why he chose the "coach" language because he was branding as an alternative to counseling, but most of counselling when it isn't operating within the borders of a specific therapeutic modality aimed to treat a specific condition is more like personal philosophy, and I think Tony is STILL top-tier in that space.

I did this two months ago and it was easily one of the best experiences of my life! My family was skeptical. You know what though?
