AHA!! My heat wouldn't go any higher than 61 and the thermostat was totally unresponsive. So I asked my brother and he said "Youtube!" Which I did and the first post for my model was yours - and you walked me right through the whole thing!! (I didn't even know how to get the damn thing off the wall, lol).
